All shipments will be sent via Australia Post domestically and internationally.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Phil Spence is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping or if the carrier loses the item. Once the order leaves our offices, the package is out of our control. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item that could have occurred prior to shipping, Phil Spence will ship you a replacement of the exact item, if available or will provide a refund, after the damaged or defective item has been returned. The damaged or defective item must be returned within thirty (30) days of when it was received with shipment paid by the customer, after which Phil Spence will ship the replacement item within six (6) weeks at no additional cost. If a vinyl jacket is damaged (even if during shipment), Phil Spence will try to send a replacement cover if available at no cost to Australian domestic customers, but the customer must provide photo evidence of the damage. International customers must pay for the shipment if a replacement cover is needed. If a package is missing, customers should first use their tracking information and follow up with Australia Post missing packages or with their local postal service in their country. Please expect longer transit times for Australia Post packages going internationally.
